Analyze
When Course C Industries is approached by a manufacturer for a retail solution, we start-off by analyzing their product line. We ask is this a high-quality product? Does it have value? We also analyze their packaging and distribution system, and most importantly, their customer service department.
Research
We will research a manufacturer's product line in several markets. Does the product have strong demand? Can the manufacturer keep up with demand? Who is their competition? Can the manufacturer beat the competition? These are key questions in this phase.
Design
If Course C Industries feels it can make a difference in the manufacture's bottom line, we start the design phase. Keeping in mind that this new endeavor must not interfere with the way they currently do business. This phase includes website, application, marketing, and launch plans.
Launch
This is when everything comes together. Course C Industries will launch this new enterprise, and makes sure everything is in place. Early success will depend on a smooth launch.
Monitoring
